The only of its kind, Lisa Dietz's monumental, comprehensive DBT Self-Help website has been in operation since 2001.  It is entirely nonprofit and has a stunning array of resources: from DBT worksheets to skills lessons to therapist referrals to video and audio mindfulness tools.  

Subtitled "Life Skills for Emotional Health" this site and its resources are single-handedly developed by Lisa Dietz, who is a professional writer, a fiber artist and a woman in recovery from borderline personality disorder.  As a colleague and a friend, Lisa has been an inspiration to me for many years and her website, available day and night (unlike even my own dear therapist) has seen me through many moments of "dysregulation."
